Act I: Building from zero, sharpening my craft
I moved from agency work into 0→1 product roles, including a mobile healthcare app and building a B2B SaaS platform as a founding designer.
Act II: Scaling systems with purpose, becoming a leader
I later focused on products at scale. At Untapped, I led multi-year initiatives across a two-sided talent marketplace, redesigning candidate and recruiter experiences to improve access, relevance, and engagement.
Act III (Now) : Transforming complexity into delight, driving revenue
Now, I work on platforms that shape how people and organizations operate. My recent work includes a platform-wide navigation redesign at JPMorgan.
In my current role at Loom I focus on async communication at scale. I’m drawn to problems at the intersection of behavior, systems, and product—where thoughtful design can reduce friction and create clarity.
