Moving into the Startup Space (2019 - 2024)
Built a B2B2C Small Business Lending Platform as the Founding Designer ➡ Director of Product Design for ODX
0 to 1: from paper sketches to Figma
White label platform required creating a tokenized design system
Worked directly with early customers to define platform requirements
Grew the design team from the ground up, including hiring strategies and design ops
Spearheaded an internal workflow tool that allowed bank risk managers to visually create dynamic lending policies
Defined solution to internal problem proactively which led to improvements in operating margins for Linear
Reduced customer onboarding time and tech development time in half
Solution was unique value prop of company that was eventually acquired
Led the brand redesign from ODX to Linear

Early Career and Foundations (2015 - 2019)
Started off learning to be pixel-perfect in agency land with campaigns for Nike, Verizon and Samsung (via R/GA)
Selected for early-in-career apprentice program and was promoted within 10 months at the firm
Produced everything from banner ads, print ads, experiential campaigns and commercials
Got really really good at hand tracing (with the freeform tool) on Photoshop
Redesigned an enterprise treasury portal by delivering an omni-channel design system for Citibank (via Kin + Carta)
Lead designer across desktop, tablet and mobile applications
The design system was the first ADA-conscious library for Citi’s enterprise dept
Also transformed customer onboarding from a manual to digital process
Designed a bunch of B2B features for realtors as part of Corcoran Realty (via Kin + Carta)
Embedded designer on Corcoran's in-house product team
Designed features across multiple products - internal listing software, in-house presentation software, and intranet
Launched the first mobile app for Healthfirst patients to make it easier to access care (via Kin + Carta)
Built the digital design system through collaboration with Healthfirst’s corporate brand team
Defined MVP features in collaboration with product, research and engineering
The UX strategy for search led to an org-wide data clean up initiative
